Leading the evolution of business automation.
We learned first-hand what automation can do. Now, we’re determined to see how far it can go.

Automation can change the world.
We built axa·nexa to make transformation the standard and possibility the driver.
Most organizations are operating below their true capacity. The gap between how work happens today and how it could happen tomorrow is real, measurable, and closeable. Getting there requires someone willing to learn how you work, map where the friction lives, and build something that fits, lasts, and scales.
The organizations that close this gap don’t just operate more efficiently. They operate differently. They adapt. They grow. They reclaim the time to build that thing that’s been on the backlog for four months—the one that just happens to be what launches the business into its next chapter.
With the rapid development of tools and integrations, the possibilities for what can be built are continually expanding. We stand at the front—dedicated to helping you master what’s possible.
From customer to partner.
We solved our own operational problems so thoroughly, we built a company to help you do the same.
Where it all started.
John Hu spent over two decades navigating enterprise technology—as a consultant, an implementer, and eventually a monday.com customer. What he kept running into was the same gap: great platforms, underwhelming implementations. In 2022, he set out to build something different. Axa·nexa was founded on the belief that automation done right changes how businesses operate—not just how they manage tasks.
Open for business and already winning.
Axa·nexa was officially established in 2023, and the team wasted no time making its mark. Early implementations for clients like AspenHR and WPP delivered outcomes that spoke for themselves—300% customer growth, 500% user adoption. Monday.com recognized axa·nexa with the MVPartner Overall Award, validating the team’s approach to complex, high-impact deployments. A formal partnership with Make.com rounded out the integration toolkit, enabling truly end-to-end workflow automation.
Platinum Partner, MVPartner CSM, and a new practice area.
2024 was a year of earned recognition. Axa·nexa achieved monday.com Platinum Partner status and the Advanced Delivery Partner badge, was honored with the MVPartner Customer Success Management Award, and was named Make.com Partner of the Year—a rare sweep across both of its core platforms in a single year. That same year, axa·nexa launched its Contract Lifecycle Management practice, partnering with Sirion, and CobbleStone to bring the same automation-first mindset to how organizations manage contracts.
Growing the team and deepening the work.
With a strong foundation in place, axa·nexa focused on growth—expanding the team with monday.com and Make.com certified experts and maturing its CLM service offering into a full suite spanning readiness, implementation, and managed services. Client partnerships deepened across manufacturing, media, marketing, and PEO, with integrations stretching across PandaDoc, Tracket, Salesforce, and beyond. The work got more complex. The results got better.
Automate anything.
Today, axa·nexa is one of the most decorated monday.com partners in North America—Platinum certified, Advanced Delivery recognized, and backed by a track record of implementations that move the needle. The CLM practice is growing. The team is growing. And the mission is exactly what it’s always been: meet you where you are, learn your business, and build automations you didn’t think were possible.
